innacle Arts Management, Inc. is a leading firm in the business of providing artists’ management, production, and consulting services for performing artists and arts organizations worldwide, with offices in New York, U.S.A. and in Munich, Germany. Clients of the firm include vocalists, conductors, stage directors, and designers, and include more than twenty artists who serve as general, artistic or music director, or principal conductor of an opera company or orchestra in North America. Its primary scope of activities is in the world of opera, where one hundred and twenty five of its clients have appeared with seventy five opera companies during the past season. In addition, its clients appear on a regular basis with many major symphony orchestras in the U.S. and Canada.

The firm was created in 2001 by John Miller, who serves as its President. An artists' personal manager since 1980, he has been personally involved with the careers of over 600 opera singers, conductors, stage directors, and designers, and is called upon on a regular basis by more than seventy opera companies, and numerous symphony orchestras and oratorio groups to provide artists and consult in matters of repertoire, productions, and casting. He also provides advice and consulting in matters of co-productions and in executive searches. Formerly a professional choral singer in Los Angeles, Mr. Miller studied voice with Esther Andreas and sang leading tenor roles at the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Arkansas and a B.S. in Physics from Lafayette College, and has also undertaken studies in contract and copyright law related to entertainment.

The Uzan Division has quickly established itself in the operatic community for their impeccable roster of both young and renowned artists, including singers, stage directors, designers, and conductors. Their progressive approach to management, expertise in the arts, and esteemed associations with companies provides the prestigious Uzan roster with career propelling guidance and opportunities around the world.

Bernard Uzan's extensive background in the opera includes success as general director, artistic director, stage director, designer, actor, and most recently a leading manager in the arts. He served as General and Artistic Director of L'Opera de Montreal from 1988 to 2002. During his tenure, he brought financial success and artistic renown throughout the world for its productions. Prior to his engagement with L'Opera de Montreal, he briefly served as General and Artistic Director of the Tulsa Opera. In addition, as a stage director and a producer his productions have graced the stages of 50 opera companies in North America, France, Italy, Switzerland, and South America with more than 300 productions. He has co-designed more than 75 productions that continue to be seen throughout the world.

A native of France, Mr. Uzan is a graduate of the University of Paris, with Ph.D.'s in Literature, Theatrical Studies and in Philosophy. He began his career in the theater as an actor and director . He appeared in leading theaters throughout Europe, earning recognition and receiving awards as the Best Young Actor (1967), Best Young Director (1969), and Best Director (1972).

Vanessa Uzan co-founded the Uzan Division after receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film & Television from New York University's prestigious Tisch School of the Arts with a specialization in producing. She produced a number of short films that have been shown at the New York Film Festival, Israeli Film Festival, Boston Film Festival, and New York Underground Film Festival. She is a co-founder of the production company, Rustik Entertainment, which created two television pilots Location Vacation and Script to Screen. Additionally, she has studied the piano for 10 years. Over the past five years as an Artist Manager she has given master classes to young artists, has served as a judge for several vocal competitions, and has been a panelist for many artist/manager discussion groups.

Margaret Chaney is the latest addition to the Uzan Division team. She has an extensive background in operatic vocal repertoire and music/entertainment public relations. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance and piano studies, she began working at Shuman Associates; a New York based publicity firm representing an impressive roster of classical conductors, pianists, and symphony orchestras around the world. She then served as a publicist with Sacks & Company managing the public image for artists and institutions of all genres of music from jazz, contemporary classical and dance to world, pop, and rock.
